I thought that all the tours other than the USO one didn't go to the actual room at Panmunjom.

For anyone coming from or around Toronto, AC has a decent sale to HND non stop with promo code Gift2016. I did a sample booking leaving April 10 and return April 21 for $722CDN all in ($535 US). About $50 more if you want to return a couple days earlier.

I can't make the DO, but will be in the town of Narita on the afternoon/evening of April 12th if there is any sort of pre-get-together.

There may be some folks arriving a day or two early, so you never know

I won't be attending the Do this year, but I will be arriving at NRT on Saturday 15th before flying to Seoul the next day for that Do.

This would be a great birthday trip for me. Definitely interested but will have to wait to confirm.

Sadly I will continue my perfect record of missing these DOs much as I would like to attend -- will be recovering from minor shoulder surgery at the time.

If you want any events at PHT, I may be able to help facilitate them although not get charges waived. But I do have a very good relationship with this hotel.

I would like to attend but it is looking unlikely. I have to be in Fairbanks April 23. Will try to make it work but more likely 2018 if there is one then.

Excuse me, but I do not understand your math. The DO ends on the 15th, were you looking at taking prop planes only to get home on the 23rd?!

Korea DO runs through April 18, so I would leave April 19, getting home April 20 or 21. I would need some time at home (dogs, bills, yardwork, etc.) before I head out for another week.

But YEAH, Q400's all the way baby!!!

I made some changes to my itin. Now, no idea when I'm actually getting to and leaving NRT but my new flights have me in ICN from April 6th-17th. Not sure if heading to NRT right away or hop around Asia a bit (or sit and work in my hotel) but will be there at least by the 13th so not to miss dinner. unless work makes me pick between Japan DO or Brussels DO, which I have non-refunable commitments.
