The second weekend in April (8-10 Apr) is possible for my schedule. As I was never tracking the possibility of meeting on the first weekend (1-3 April), I never blocked it on my calendar and have since incurred other obligations then.

I'm guessing that referred to a choice between the first two weekends of the Keeneland meet as opposed to the month of April.

OK, it has been a close call for peoples' preference, but it looks like April 8-10, opening weekend of Keeneland, will be to more folks' liking.
I will plan to arrive Thursday and leave either Sunday or Monday.
Rooms at 4 Points available at 3000-4000 SPG a night, or $118 + tax for cash.

Thanks for getting this settled. I have Avios reservations into CVG Friday night and out Sunday afternoon; staying near CVG Friday night and at 4PtsLEX Saturday night.
For CMK10 and anyone else who cannot make the 8-10 April weekend, I will also be in LEX the following weekend (Thurs 14 Apr to Sun AM 17 Apr) with a couple friends of mine. My plans are roughly in line with a typical LEX DO (but without the Saturday cocktail party) - a couple bourbon tours and at least part of a day at Keeneland, with Stella's on Sunday morning. If you are free both weekends, I strongly recommend that you come to the main event on April 8-10, but if that's not possible feel free to join me on the following weekend.

I had a great time in Oct, but I'll have to miss out on this one. I get back from vacation in Australia on the 6th. Have fun and I hope to see some of you in the Fall or in 2017!
