SFO Farewell to Jeff Smisek DO-Friday Sept, 11 [details in first post]
In honor of Jeff Smisek's departure from United Airlines, please join us in celebration! 
RESERVATION UNDER THE NAME "DAVID"
Date: Friday, September 11, 2015
Where: Pizza Inferno Ale House 1800 Fillmore (corner of Sutter)
Time: 6:30pm
Directions
Very easy to get to via MUNI and BART
38 Geary* (which runs on Market St for those taking BART [Montgomery BART] to Fillmore (or if coming from other parts of the city, any bus which conx to the 38) and walk 2 blocks up Fillmore or park in the Japan Town Garage (enter on Fillmore) and walk 1 block up Fillmore

Parking rates at the Japan Town garage (note the photo is about a year old but iirc, the rates are still the same)

*Travel time from Mkt st is about 20/25 minutes or the 38L (limited) which makes fewer stops
I will also offer rides back down to BART tho I might have to do a few trips for anyone interested and please bring cash as one or two lucky folks will be "the winners" for credit card miles
Please post if you are planning to attend as soon as possible as I need to update the restaurant with a head count by Thursday

I'm tentative on attending. First time I've seen a FT meet in SF! I'm a fairly new and young flyer(3 years of flying)! However, I'm mostly there to meet everyone from SF than to celebrate J. Smisek's departure =/

Of course it's ok ^ and Flyertalkers are always a fun bunch (tho I'm biased to the SFO group ). The only requirement (other than paying of course ) is that you raise a glass (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in a farewell toast to Jeff
