Effective 5/15/16 there are further changes. The main changes seem to be extending extended warranty coverage from 12 to 24 months, extending return protection coverage from 60 to 90 days, and extending Citi Price Rewind limits from $300/item and $1200/year to $500/item and $2500/year. Please update this wiki if you find other changes or find that any of these do not apply to certain cards.

Following are the benefits guides we have found:
Citi Thankyou Preferred, Forward card (and likely some others without annual fees)
Citi AT&T card
Citi ?? Non-cobranded card (likely cards without annual fees)
Citi ClickCiti AAdvantage and likely (but unconfirmed) AAdvantage Bronze card
Citi Hilton card
Citi Expedia+ card
Citi Thankyou Premier card
Citi AAdvantage Platinum, Gold and likely (but unconfirmed) Silver card
Citi Hilton Reserve card
Citi Expedia+ Voyager card
Citi Prestige card
Citi AAdvantage Executive
Citi Chairman Card

For historical purposes, here are the benefits guides we found that were effective 11/23/14 to 5/14/16:
Citi ?? Non-cobranded card
Citi AT&T card
Citi ?? Non-cobranded card
Citi Platinum, Gold and likely (but unconfirmed) Silver AAdvantage card
Citi Hilton (Reserve?) card
Citi ClickCiti and likely (but unconfirmed) Bronze AAdvantage card
Citi Hilton card
Citi ?? Non-cobranded card
Citi Executive AAdvantage card
Citi Prestige card
Citi Chairman Amex

Looks like now 24 month extended warranty .. and Citi Price Rewind is now $500/item, $2500/year from $300/item, $1200/year.... and trying to sort what else.
All of my cards (Prestige, AA Plat, AA Gold and ClickCiti AA) are going to 24 month extended warranty (vs 12), 90 day return protection (vs 60), and $500/2500 Price Rewind limits (vs. $300/1200). I didn't spot any other changes.

The change even makes the flight delay protection work for flights were only a portion of the ticket was paid for with the card ( before the change it was the entire flight only). Thats a refreshing change.

Would this mean that award tickets are covered now?

I can also confirm Prestige and Premier. One card I've heard nothing about is the Citi Dividend, so it's possible no-fee cards are being left out. In any case, I hope this is something that the other banks emulate.

Looks like all the benefits now have this advantage that if you only pay part with your citi card you at least have coverage for that amount.

Thread discussing the May 2016 changes has been merged into the thread discussing the November 2014 changes because the Wikipost has already been updated with links to PDF files for specific cards.

I believe this change was accomplished by changing the insurance company, which means the claims processing may be different.

The one that got me really excited was the Trip Delay / Bag Delay / Bag Damage (but not Trip Cancellation) improvement - it now works on award tickets just like CSP. And even better, trip delay even covers stolen passport/money, which CSP does not (speaking from recent experience).

This was for TY Premier. Haven't checked other cards.

Great to hear about Extended Warranty. I have been using the no-fee Amex HH card since it's universally acknowledged that Amex's claim approval process is better than Visa/MC, but 2x the coverage duration is worth reconsidering.

Improvement to HH (no fee) CDW- it's still secondary, but now explicitly allows discount codes - "If a rental car company promotion/discount of any kind is initially applied toward payment of the rental, any remaining portion of the rental must be paid for with your Citi card."

If Prestige (or another card) has that plus Primary coverage, I'm using it over CSP.

I can confirm the 24 month extended warranty applies to the Citi Dividend card too.

But does it really? It says a portion of the "common carrier fare" has to be charged. On a award ticket you just pay Govt fees and YQ fee, the fare is 0.

Granted they removed the award miles language from the "not covered" section so perhaps... Guess someone will have to be a guinny pig and report back to us!

The Prestige has the same wording + Primary outside the US.

It's still secondary, both Premier and Prestige. I'm thinking about cancelling my SO's CSP (or downgrading to Sapphire), and just use Amex premium coverage in US, and Premier in all other countries. That's the only advantage CSP holds over Premier right now.

That's pretty fantastic. I got the Prestige this year and it was clearly a great decision.
