You have to look pretty hard, but, according to OPM rules, this scumbag can keep his health insurance, life insurance and accrues some time in service towards retirement and promotion.

KOMO-TV reports 29-year-old Nicholas Fernandez of Tukwila pleaded guilty Thursday to attempted voyeurism.
