Economy Class Refreshment to Shanghai

Economy Class Refreshment to Shanghai
Does anyone know what it includes? I'm currently booked in Economy from HKG-PVG and the meal lists as refreshment. We have a 3pm departure. Will it be the same as HKG-TPE?

PVG has a "proper" economy meal. There will be a choice of mains, a tray, cup of water, some small desert, etc.

Is it correct that flights of more than 2hrs get a 'proper' meal, while for less than 2hr flights, only refreshments (cookies and juice/water) are served?

HKG-PVG departing about 3pm should be a KA flight, don't know if it would make any catering difference. A report from the internet in 2015 shows some dim-sum main with fruits and ice-cream.
A year ago (2016) received some meat-filled bun+cookie+water for morning HKG-XMN and night XMN-HKG, but not the CX TPE type.
