CX flight from HK to USA - in town check in

CX flight from HK to USA - in town check in
The last time I used the Airport Express In-Town Check In, flights to the United States were not allowed and had to be checked in at the airport.

I am flying to JFK tomorrow - am I allowed to use the in town check in feature?

Should be fine. I checked in last month at kowloon station for my flight CX 840 to JFK.

The suspension of ITCI for U.S. bound flights was lifted approximately 5 years ago.

I checked in the large luggages at the Airport Express station in Central and picked up the luggages at JFK and checked in again because transitting to AA on the flight to Boston in Feb 2010.
