Thoughts sought on Carlson properties in Dresden, Germany

There are currently 3 properties in Dresden:
  1. Radisson Bou Park Hotel and Conference Center
  2. art'otel Dresden by Park Plaza
  3. Park Inn

What is the best of the lot? I will have done my sightseeing earlier. This will be an overnight between taking the train in and flying out extremely early the next morning.

Comparisons are welcome with the Hilton Dresden and the Westin Bellevue Dresden.

artotel in the old city (hilton), park inn in the inner new city (westin) Blu in more remote western part of new city.

Assuming a cab to the airport, doesn't make much difference.

Stayed at the artotel recently

Its a very distinctive building, can walk to the city but you probably would take the tram (stop 3 minutes away)

As with artotel some weird decor, the bathroom was strange.

Bit out dated yes there was a 14 inch CRT TV, was somewhat dark in the room

Upside cheap

Hilton is slap bang in the middle of the city right behind the Frauenkirche, never stayed there but food and conference facilities were top notch which suggests it would be good
