when should i receive points upon renewal
Annual Renewal Bonus: Each year that you renew your Account by making at least the minimum payment by the due date printed on the Account statement in which the annual fee is billed, you will receive a Renewal Bonus of 25,000 Gold Points. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after the payment due date for your Renewal Bonus to appear in your Club Carlson account.
Received my statement for renewal dated December 3, 2014 but no mention of the 25k points for the Rewards signature card (lesser personal card) on my statement. I am hoping it won't take 6 to 8 weeks after payment due date in January 2014.
If anyone ever had a renewal statement and remember how long it takes for points to post, let me know.
