And actually I have a question about what I should do. I stayed in a Radisson recently and found human excrement left over in the bathroom (not in the toilet). It was pretty shocking and disgusting. I let the manager know and he was nice but didn't offer anything other than to clean it up. I was thinking I should ask for some Club Carlson points but don't know if I should ask for a certain amount or what? I wanted to send the pictures so they could see for themselves.
