suggestions on getting from downtown Quebec to YQB airport?
I will be staying at a downtown hotel near the VIA Rail station.
The next morning, I'm catching a flight from YQB to PHL around noon.
What are my best options for getting from downtown hotel to YQB airport?
The only option that I found was taxi for about $32(?). Is there a specific
area to catch these taxis in the downtown area? If tipping is required
on that rate, what is reason tip for the driver?

There are other bus options (80 or 80/79) requiring respectively a 20 or 25 min walk from the bus stop to the airport for a total of ~65 minutes, if you travel light.
It is possible to easily find taxis in the area. The flat fare is $34.25, and a 10% tip is sufficient.
