Cheap Puerto Plata
Hello,
I was inspired by a post I saw that had an all-inclusive resort in Dominican Republic for $12/night. I plan on using Avios miles to some cheap all-inclusive resort and spending time mid-late july.
I tied searching for cheap deals on cheapcarribean and found two fairly cheap deals in Puerto Plata for $29 and $39.

This is over double the special rate. Are there tips and tricks to finding better rates than this? Or perhaps to being privvy earlier to it?
