Rental with a temp license
I live in Canada and recently moved provinces. I recently changed drivers licenses but don't yet have the permanent card with photo ID. Just have the temporary paper copy. Is that enough to rent a car with Budget in LA? If not Budget, any others that would accept a temporary license?

You're better off calling the rental location you're renting from and asking them what their specific policy is regarding temp licenses.
