Thoughts on MH to D7 connections
WF junior is going to (attempt to) connect from MH (scheduled arrival 0625) to D7 (scheduled departure 0850). Seems he didn't want to spend the day in KL waiting for the 0005 flight. He (at my insistence) did spring for the flex ticket on D7.
After explaining the process of arrival, luggage collection, immigration, access to RM currency, taking the train to KLIA2 and checking in, he finally asked the question, what should I do if I know the MH flight is leaving FRA late?
Can I have some experience and/or suggestions?
Thanks and happy wandering

2.5 hours its doable if there are no delays, tight but doable.
Maybe make sure he checks in online for the D7 flight so he might be able to drop bags a little later than when check closes
