I wonder how you came about 100k miles exactly
+1 for the MFU (miles for upgrade). MFU to Club World is generally regarded as the best value-for-money, and 45k miles sounds like a good deal SFO-BLR as you would get access to lounges, and spa and showers at LHR (very nice to have mid-trip on such a long haul).

economy/coach - BA call this World Traveller=WT)
premium economy - BA call this World Traveller Plus=WT+ (though also Premium Economy in some places)
Business - BA call it Club
First - BA amazingly call it First
Not all classes are available on all routes, then the question is what class do you want to fly and how - for example you could buy a ticket in one class and upgrade with your miles to the next one, or just buy it direct with all miles.
What the previous poster was saying , if you want to fly Business/Club, best value is buy WT+ and upgrade rather than use nearly all your miles in one go.

How to book a flight.
Go to BA.com
Log in to your account.
Go to redeem miles
Select dates and places.
You can go to BLR for 90k miles return.
If not available, call BA to book your flight.
