What will they take next?
It seems everything's under questioning under Cruz.
... including a lot of customer loyalty for BA!
What do you suspect will come next after BoB?

that would be my worry - lounge access being restricted on short haul (like CE only, or Golds but not Silvers) - would be consistent with the BoB philosophy which - amongst other things - implies BA trying to re-open a gap between ET and CE (which, for passengers with Silver or Gold status, had increasingly vanished with the new CE seating...)
that, for me, would be the end of BA for short haul - I am happy to pay more to have a lounge etc. - the point at which I get no benefit for status and no catering (and nominal tier points now too), well I may as well go on price alone and fly Easyjet, sorry...

Does access to fast track cost BA money? They'll probably restrict that for anyone flying in ET/WT with status.
Maybe they'll cut back on access to third party lounges at out stations.

cutting status privileges (lounge, security) would be ridiculous though - if I'm in Club/First (e.g. for work, on a normally pricey fare) I have these anyway; the only point of status (aside from IRROPs handling etc.) is that my diligence in picking BA gets me some upside if I do occasionally treat myself to a cheapie ET ticket or an award fare in WT - and nice for the family too at holidays etc., which is the least they deserve for the time I spend away from them in a Club World bed....
what would be the point of status at all if they started doing that...?

Revenue based Exec Club.
Much higher qualification flights for higher tiers, i.e., 24 on BA Metal for CCR 16 for Gold, etc.
No lounge access to CCR/First when on Domestic tix even if you're a Gold/CCR card holder
Just a few ideas.

At somepoint they will realize they went too far. Lose a customer like myself no big deal. Lose 1000 it starts to be a Really big deal
Just saying these service cut backs along with the stop on baggage interlining has made ba and OneWorld less and less appealing to me personally!
