T5 South lounge toliet announcements

Some announcements in the past five minutes:

* The toilets are out of service due to a problem with the water supply. The nearest toilets are downstairs

2 minutes later:

* The toilets are in service again

1 minute later:

* The toilets are out of service due to no water. Engineers are on their way.

1 minute later:

* We apologize for the confusion. The toilets are temporarily out of order. The wash basins are available to use, but the toilets are not.

Apparently this is an issue with all T5 South lounges at the moment.

I wonder how many people peed in the wash basins during this time? Something to think about if you're washing your face

If you find the sink full of a urine-coloured liquid you should pull the plug out to allow it to drain away. Washing your face in someone else's urine is taking the cosmetic effects of urea too far in my view.

There was a great announcement around an hour ago in the CCR:

"It has come to our attention that someone has been smoking in the ladies' toilets. Please do not smoke in the toilets as... (long pause) the ramifications aren't good."

They'd have been better finishing with 'or else'!
