Trouble viewing AA availability online
Hi there, was wondering if anyone had any advice, tried checking around on the forum but didn't quite see a similar post.
Trying to find a couple AA flights on BA. From what I can tell they aren't US codeshares or anything, but when I search for the following criteria on BA, I'm not seeing flights that show up on both AA and expertflyer:
RDU>LGA
2x in T
8/17/2014
Three morning flights show up, but not afternoon flights that again EF shows as having multiple seats available, e.g. AA3466 which shows T4 as of tonight.
Probably going to go ahead and try and make a call tomorrow, but any help would be appreciated (especially sense I'd prefer not to spend that time on the phone!)

Probably just a temporary glitch. I am currently seeing availability on 4 afternoon services in Main Cabin, and 3 in First, covering 5 services in all.

You're seeing that for RDU>LGA on 8/17 on BA?

Wait really? I'm still just seeing morning flights, and nothing past 11.20: http://cl.ly/image/1L2L2r0G0a1q

In addition to Globaliser's comments, ba.com often has problems when there are more than seven(or nine?) flights offered for your search criteria. ba.com seems to only list some of the flights. Regarding AA, others have been able to book other flights that are shown as available as milesaavers on aa.com.

I just had a similar issue with a one way form DFW-SAN. I booked SAN-DFW online and then had to call into BAEC. I had checked EF and confirmed through AA.com that the space was there for DFW-SAN. BAEC rep saw the flight I needed and had no idea why it wasn't showing up on the website. All booked but this may be needed on some flights. There were more than 7 other options available so may be part of the problem.

You should be able to get the offline booking fee waived as online booking of AA flights is normally available but is not working correctly. BAEC's "unofficial" official policy is to waive the offline fee if something that can be accomplished online is not working properly.
