Struggling to log onto BAEC account? Anyone else?

I am in the US at the minute and can't get onto my account?

It either keeps taking me back to the sign in page - or simply a "page not found" page??...it's the same for all the card on my family household account??

Anyone else seeing this ? or is it just me?

Thanks

Darren

Yes, same here, on Chrome. Deleted all cookies this morning which fixed it for about 4 hours, then same problem

Happens often with Chrome; also find that when doing a search for a booking the site simply returns back to the original page where you enter airport and date details.

Deleting cookies for the BA site works around the problem.

I'm on a Mac - couldn't get on using Firefox so switched to Safari and was able to get on. Also able to access site via iPad. Weird.

I have had this as well in chrome, if I manage to get into my account It is very hard to log into my wife's afterwards as well.
But if you upen up a new incognito window it works fine!

Yup, incognito is your friend, it allows you to Browse with a new set of cookies, so you don't have to start a fresh logging in on every single other site (including FT!) too
