Avios for I Class on RJ

I have just booked an RJ business class ticket, and the ticket has been issued as an I class fare. BA doesn't list this as either an avios or tier point earning flight on their website, does this mean it will be 0 Avios + 0 Tier Points?

I was originally booked on MS, but cancelled it tonight when I found a good RJ fare. Seems now it was potentially too good to be true. I'm within 24-hours so can still cancel the RJ flight and hopefully "uncancel" the MS flight if need be.

Anyone had any experience with this?

Hi, are these fares to Iraq? If so zero TP/avios

I had a Z fare LHR-amm-Iraq that got nowt. (Including the LHR-amm-LHR legs)

I class nt listed as eligible fares so you my be unlucky, but on a positive now service is usually quite good

I don't believe any paid business fare class on RJ doesn't earn miles or TP.

The exception, as noted, is flights into Iraq.

Thank you for the replies - I have rung Bremen this morning - they confirmed it will be ineligible for Avios or Tier Points.

For any future RJ travellers, I thought I could credit it to Iberia+ and then combine the Avios, but I spoke to IB+ and they confirmed I class is ineligible for them also.

I feel a tad concerned for anyone who's bought one of the recently posted ex-EU RJ fares for a TP Run as they all seem to book into I class.

Very interesting. They earn all classes (JCDIZ) with AA but only JCD on BA, CX, et al. I think this is the only paid J that does not earn on BA, right?
