Once you have logged on, at the top of the page click on Rewards.

On the next page-
Tells you which reward you have signed for.
Below a flashing banner appears, if you click on this it gives you the option of redeeming on the next page.

I had to spent some time looking for it, eventually found it.

It would appear that the BAEC reward is (temporarily?) suspended.

When I access the page via the link in post #13 I get:

"Thank you for your interest in this Reward.
Unfortunately, there are no British Airways offers available at this time"

e-Rewards is still showing on the Points Exchange Partners page on BA.com though:

It's not saying that on my account. The usual rewards are showing -- even though I don't have enough points to convert to miles.

Hmmm, odd.

Anyone else with a bank'able amount able to check if they can convert to BA Miles?

I just banked 2000 e-rewards points to 500 BA miles after a survey into Internet Search engines took me over 2000.

I have bankable points that cannot be redeemed because of the reward limits and the way the awards are structured, it appears they want to make it as difficult as possible to redeem a lot of points. These days, it seems almost impossible to get any survey as they expire within 30 mins, you would literally have to be sitting on your computer all day and be checking your emails (who does that?) to complete a survey.
