Avis First free rentals - transferrable?

Avis First free rentals - transferrable?
I tried to book one of my free Avis First rentals the other day for my sister to use when she's in town, but they said that the free rentals are non-transferrable. Have any of you been able to use the free coupons for someone other than yourself? Any ideas would be much appreciated...

Rent it under your name and add her as a driver?

Unfortunately not. The name on the Wizard Number must match that of the name on the rental. And the name on the rental must match the ID used to pickup the car. So unless you've got a JR/SR situation, I really doubt that you'd be able to get away with this.
