Insane rental rate from Avis

Insane rental rate from Avis
I just tried to find one way rental for 3 days. And the two airports for pickup and drop-off are located only around 30 miles apart. Using Costco Travel website, I found this Avis Fullsize Van rental rate pretty insane:
Pick-Up Date: Fri., Feb. 17, 2017 Pick-Up Time:05:00 PM
Drop-Off Date: Mon., Feb. 20, 2017 Drop-Off Time: 05:00 PM

ie, $9999/day.
Either someone has mistyped "99.99", or more likely (based on the other rates not ending in .99) they are expecting 9999 to be masked out as some form of "vehicle not available"
That said, if someone did book that rate I'm sure they'd be happy to go and buy a new van just to rent to you for a few days
