Changing free weekend rental (via coupon)

Trying to find the T&C for changes to rentals via the free weekend rental coupon.
Can it be redeposited?
I am in need to postpone my trip a week - and Avis via phone says it cannot be done...

I've redeposited them several times. Just go to avis.com, cancel the reservation using the coupon there, and you'll be fine.
