ELong for Chinese air reservations?

ELong for Chinese air reservations?
Anyone use them? Looks like they have a decent interface for English speakers, and Americans even get a toll-free number in the US. The prices on their home page suggest they're charging the "local" airfares, not the ones typically made available overseas. And they offer other travel services as well.
I couldn't believe when I read their "about us" that they're a NASDAQ listed company! Sounds like a dubious China IPO, but perhaps more reliable than most Chinese travel agents. I'd appreciate some customer feedback.
