Eastbound California Zephyr question
I'm sure that it's here somewhere, but search was not my friend.
Is breakfast served for passengers on Train 6 (Eastbound California Zephyr) when first setting out from Emeryville (09:10 am) or Richmond (09:22 am)?

The Cafe Car should open up shortly after leaving EMY. So if getting something to eat is the priority over getting something free, head there as soon as they announce it's open.
