Paypal 2500 dollar per month limit not on all amex cards.

Paypal 2500 dollar per month limit not on all amex cards.
I was told amex blue cards don't have a limit. Neither do higher status cards although they could not tell which other amex cards they were. The paypal people advised me this info is from amex.
