My priority pass card that I receive as a benefit of my Corporate Platinum card expired in late August, and I have not yet received a renewal. About two weeks prior to expiration, I called AmEx twice, both times with disappointing results:
1. First AmEx CSR told me I would need to contact Priority Pass for a renewal card. When I contacted Priority Pass, they said that AmEx had to provide Priority Pass with renewal information, and there was nothing the Priority Pass people could do.
2. Second AmEx CSR told me that renewals were typically processed one week prior to expiration. Well my PP card expired on 24 Aug 2011, and I still don't have a renewal card.
Has anyone who receives PP as a benefit of a Corporate Platinum card successfully renewed their PP card?
