AA site doesn't mention that Hindu Meal is Veg. Hindu's do eat meat, no beef.

Hindu: Prepared according to Hindu dietary practices and may include dairy, curries and spicy flavors

There used to be an AA website, where you could see the quarters menu lists.
That seems tio have gone, or has the URL changed?

Calling it an AA website is a stretch - it was a link that shouldn't have been public on Amazon web services. If I recall correctly, it has been password protected (though one or two people on the board seem to have some secret to accessing them).

I use an outside service to host my travel photos, I use Smugmug.

They all do sound great but I really want to try the "improved" Japanese meal.
Anyone? Thanks.

So close!!! My goal is to get through an entire AA menu without needing a dictionary! This time, I only had to look up Charcuterie and Peppadew. They're getting better.

Is the last one suppose to be the new and improved Japanese meal?
If not, do you need to call to book Japanese meal? Thank you!
Sounds like Dougie desperately needs to invest a small percentage of AA's profit back into enhanced meal service.

I've had the Horseradish Panko Encrusted Chicken. It was fine. Nothing to write home about but definitely better than some of the other things I have been served on AA. I wouldn't hesitate to order it again.

Beef Tenderloin Moussaka
Mornay sauce, roasted eggplant

Norwegian Salmon
herb lemon butter, fingerling potatoes, artichokes

Creole Duck Breast
lemon turmeric rice, sautéed andouille

Scallion Pancakes
bourbon sweet potatoes, tomato caper relish, chimichurri sauce
I have this unappetizing menu next week too. On Midwest/East Coast-Europe flights I typically skip breakfast. For my DFW-MAD flight I am seriously considering only eating the appetizer and salad then go straight to sleep to wake up in time for breakfast instead.

I'd need to get up at 4am (EST) the day of the flight to do this considering the 4:40pm departure.

Seriously? Maybe you should keep that to yourself. Or fly coach.
