I'll go first: I find it really annoying the way the napkins are fanned before being put out at the Admirals Clubs. Is this supposed to make us feel like the place is uber-fancy? Why don't they just forget about the fanning and put out some real napkins instead of the flimsy cocktail napkins they use?

I'm complaining that I have nothing to complain about.
Also that my preferred flight is already F6 so I had to book an earlier one for easy free upgrade.
Crap I just negated my first complaint!

I think American Airlines' new livery would look a whole lot better if the new gray paint for the fuselage was a few shades lighter in color.
Right now the shade of gray they use is too dull and bland.
