I just got a slightly worse offer (well, worse for me in that I'd have difficulty meeting the $10k min ):

As a cardmember, you'll benefit from:
25,000 AAdvantage® bonus miles after $750 in purchases within the first 4 months of cardmembership1
10,000 AAdvantage® bonus miles after you make $10,000 in purchases during your first year as a cardmember.2

No annual fee for the first 12 months*
No blackout dates on AAdvantage® award travel3
AAdvantage® miles may never expire4
One AAdvantage® mile for every dollar spent on purchases5
BTW OP - you may want to remove the main link. Your name and FF# are in the top corner. You might be safe to leave the individual card links, they seem to just redirect to citi.

Anyone know if we can pick the link we like best?

When in doubt, always take a screenshot/PDF of the link you used to apply and the T&Cs so that if you need to take it up with CSRs later you have evidence on your side.

The tricky part in this case is if you use a link not targeted for you.

Hmmmm, sounds like I would have to change my name to <redacted for privacy by moderator> to get in on this one

Too bad, I too keep discarding such mails thinking they must be junk, because most are. Anyway, we are considering ditching Citi and moving to Starwood.

Had a similar offer for 30K miles. Mine, however, was for the business card.

Wirelessly posted (Treo: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; PalmSource/Palm-D060; Blazer/4.5) 16;320x320)

Why would anyone not use the *wood card?

You wouldn't...except for the times they don't take American Express.

That said, nothing wrong with earning a few (or in this case 30k) extra miles.

what was the subject of the email? Are you only subscribed to Aadvantage, or anything else that might have triggered this? I still can't find a way through a "public" link, AA, or citicards.com to the 30K bonus.
