No FrecciaAlata Plus Letter
Hi all,
I haven't received my FrecciaAlata Plus welcome package but would like to use give the FrecciaAlata For You to a friend. However, i don't have the code as I've never received the welcome pack. Do you think I can call Alitalia to get the code over the phone or activate the FrecciaAlata without the code?
Anything else I can do?

I'm afraid your only option is to call them and ask for the package to be sent again, make sure you confirm your address. This worked for me all the times.
Ooerators do not have access to these codes.

I just called and was told that I will only get a FrecciaAlata for You voucher the next time I re-qualify for FrecciaAlata Plus (next year). This makes no sense to me, considering that I have never activated a FrecciaAlata upgrade this year. Any suggestions? Any idea as to whether Alitalia is right and I'm missing something or should I just try to call again?

This is good to know!!! Thank you, as i want to grant Freccia Alata to my sister as soon as my Plus upgrade goes through, as she flies KLM/AF every couple of months to get to EDI from BUD and a lounge access for her would be nice.
