Question Newbie Help! DL flight accumulating AS mileage

Wud like to purchase great DL fare SEA-JAX, to accumulate AS mileage.
Delta fare is "T" class. Can I accumulate "500 miles or actual mileage, whichever is greater" as stated on AS Partner rules? I have also checked DL website to see if I've missed anything that wud state 'T class exempt',but I see nothing.

Am I correct in understanding that I wud accumulate approx 1500 miles of this roundtrip? Appreciate your help!

I'm not sure how you came up with 1,500 miles for a round trip cross-country flight. Assuming you have connections in ATL, your SEA-ATL-JAX flight will earn you about 2,682 miles each way, or about 5,364 miles for a round trip. Add appropriate bonus miles if you're AS MVP (50%) or MVP Gold (100%).

Oh, and welcome to FlyerTalk.
