Good destinations for flying out of YYZ
I'm tempted to give Alaska miles a try but considering I'm in Toronto, what would be the best destinations to target?
I have checked out some flights to Asia on their website, but keep getting itineraries with ridiculous connections (overnight in Texas? No thanks.) Going to Europe on BA - fees are killing the deal.
If you're also in Toronto, how do you like to use your Alaska miles?

Looking at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toront...port#Passenger, almost all of AS's partners fly there.

You realize CX isn't on the website, right?
IMO, AS out of a station that has NO AS service has some serious limitations:
- can't mix and match carriers on a single one-way
- can't use AS to take you to a gateway (has to be AA/BA/CX/KE/etc. or nobody)
So your choices are going to be limited.

I believe you can also use JAL Mileage Bank to search.
