Second such incident in the last 10 days, the other being on an American flight late last week.

What is wrong with people?

Second such reported incident.

Note that in both stories, another person (pax or FA) saw something was not right and intervened.

So it's possible there are more, but they are not being caught. Good reminder for parents to encourage their kids to speak up, and for pax to keep an eye out for people up to no good, and speak up for those who might be afraid to.

Under what circumstances would a drunken man's advances on a teen would be "wanted"?

That's a fair point. The word "unwanted" is probably unnecessary in this case.

Strictly speaking, some teenagers are legally adults and could be romantically involved with someone of drinking age. In that case, you could, technically speaking, have a drunken man making "wanted" advances on a teen.

But let's be honest...the vast majority of these cases would be "unwanted."
