For the past few weeks, I've been trying to make relatively simple changes to all AS metal award itineraries online (as I've been able to do in the past by clicking on the change link), but for some reason, I keep getting this error message:

We are unable to process your request at this time. Please contact Alaska Airlines Reservation Call Center at 1-800-ALASKAAIR (1-800-252-7522).

Error Code: -1587

I've tried different computers and browsers just to make sure that wasn't the problem....one time I got lucky and it pulled up a flight, but it wouldn't pull up the lowest mileage option as it normally would but most of the time I keep getting the error message. I know I can call and have each change done manually, but it's so much easier to do these online as I have in the past.

Anyone else having issues with this? FWIW, I tried making dummy changes to revenue tickets and those seem to be working fine.

I made 2 changes to a partner award online this week fine. Haven't tried changing any pure AS awards in the last month+.

Thanks...I sent a message to web support so hopefully they can figure it out
