Pillows and blankets
Aboard AS 18 SEA-MCO this morning and they are renting pillows for $2 and blankets for $6. Limited supply, they say.

They aren't "renting" them. They're available for sale in the Y cabin and for free in F. You take them with you when you go. The blankets are quite nice. This is a test market, this hasn't been rolled out system wide.

Cool I sometimes toss a flight blanket (when I remember to) in my suitcase for the hotel room when I want to take a nap, and there is no light covering, just a heavy quilt (Hampton style) A light blanket is perfect, both for not taking up much room and being just cosy enough

Blankets are nice and can be rolled up as they have straps. The pillow is a blow up type so they will take up less space in your carryon.

All flights to Mco, Sea & San, and Ewr will have them for now.

I didnt use the blankets or the pillows in the first place nor would I have cared if they flat came out and said they werent going to be free anymore. What made me boil was the fact that they used a viral epidemic as a guise and excuse to eliminate the things in the first place. Anybody with a self thinking mind knew it was a BS excuse
