Is the A321 premium seating likely to be marketed as premium economy or business class?

I've been told that there was a plan to use the Zodiac PE seats (which are a regional business seat). No idea what they'll sell this as.

In the recent EOFY report - mention that there would be increase 789/772 services on the Tasman replacing the 763.
