EZE has been loaded in the system. The inaugural flight will be on 1 Dec 15. Flights have not been loaded yet but probably will be in the morning.

AR will also add to the list of Airpoints non Star partners.

Great news. Hope they kick off with a sale like they did when Singapore went live (~$900 return).

The ANZ site doesn't give the option to Argentina. When do they officially start selling the tickets?
Any ideas on average prices in J?

The flights have not been loaded but NZ has updated their Aus page with the schedule.

Still no launch announcement. Will be interested to see how many codeshare numbers there are at launch. If anything like the LAN QF flights, then there'll be plenty. Would like it to carry a VA number personally.

No news on the sales date. My travel agent told me that they yet have not opened a sales department in Argentina, so we might have to wait a couple of weeks (or maybe not, who knows). Last week they posted a chart with the flight information on the ANZ Australian website, and if I remember correctly the AKL-EZE flight arrives at around 3pm. So, check for flights with at least 2 hours after that to get an idea of codeshares.

Is perhaps the problem the fact that AR hasn't loaded the feeder flights to Brazil? It remains to be seen if AR will come through with viable connections at EZE.

New long term fares for LA posted

http://www.airnzagent.co.nz/assets/a...es-18Mar15.xls

Seems to be for code share flights only. EZE is at the most expensive zone 8.

Also I wonder if anyone knows how to book some of these. For example, a W fare AKL-CUN to price out at $1050 one way.

They appear to be based on current flights, routing via LAX or SFO.

It was a 7:15pm AKL departure for a mid afternoon EZE arrival, then late night EZE departure (Around midnight) for a early morning AKL arrival (Approx 5-6am from memory). Those timings were very much expected from the outset as they are similar AKL arrival/departure times to LAX/SFO/YVR and also connect well in both directions with the main Australia bank to SYD/MEL/BNE/ADL/OOL/CNS/MCY

Edit to add: I have heard rumours from a friend that tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 25/3
