Which cities besides JFK and IAD have F flights to Pairs in early May?

All destinations are listed on the dedicated site for BEST cabins (look at the very bottom of the La Premiere page)

JFK and IAH. LAX and IAD also have P but not BEST.

However, OP's question is about P from the East coast, so that indeed means only JFK and IAD indeed.

IAD has BEST P. At least it had on my AF54 B77W recently. And it gorgeous!
