Got my package today. SE. 4 luggage tags. No address.
Somehow the gluey gook attaching the cards to the cardboard is stickier than in past years. I tried to use one luggage tag to scrape it off the others. Moderate success. 1/4 of the goo came off. 1/4 is now stickily stuck to the edge of the "tool" I used. 1/4 didn't budge, so the cards continue to stick to whatever they touch.
And 1/4 is now embedded in my beard. Thanks, Air Canada!

I got my secretary and the entire concierge team to intercept my package at the printing house and deliver it to me by drone in the Seychelles.
Some differences to note (whatever I randomly noticed):
Identical print except for year and expiry date.
The metal loops this year for SE are not red, but regular silver.
Four luggage tags instead of two as reported above.
I'm glad they didn't change the design from last year. I quite like it.

Well, I received my package today and I am feeling a little underwhelmed. Everyone was talking about metal tags, which I thought sounded pretty cool...
My tags are plastic, just like the tags I have always received (as a 50k in the past).
Four plastic tags, a little concierge card (plastic also) and my lounge passes.
I guess i got hyped up something different or cool....feeling let down. What's with the plastic tags???

i have never had tags before but all my travel so far has been postponed, so not in a huge rush and I have the electronic one so don't anticipate any issues.
Shame really, I was hoping to use up my eUps on trans cons.
I saw a tag this morning, I think a SE with red bands so guess it was last years.
This was Go-Union station transit not YYZ or any other airport though.

I am going to re-use the red bands for my 2017 SE tags (whenever I receive the package). I don't care if it causes confusion, because I think the red bands are cool.
