AMEX AC %off promo codes
Quick question regarding the AC %off promo codes AMEX sometimes sends out:
If it says "need to book by Dec. 10", that means "11.59p.m. EST (or possibly city of departure) on Dec. 10", correct?
If it says "need to book by Dec. 10", that means "11.59p.m. EST (or possibly city of departure) on Dec. 10", correct?

Thanks - yeah, I won't hold my breath when it comes to IT compentency.
But making a booking at 10a.m. EST on Dec. 10 should work, shouldn't it?
(My question was more along the lines of whether "by Dec. 10" means "by the beginning of that day" or "by the end of that day".)

I have 3 AMEX cards - Platinum for business,and Aeroplus Platinum and Gold Rewards AMEX for personal use.
I got an email with a one-time promo code from AMEX (not from AC); saying that as long as I use my AMEX card (it did not specific which card) I will get advantage of the card - expiration date today and promotional discount 15%

In my experience, it's 11:59 pm day of Same with AC promotions.
