Yes, Oct 10th 2016 is Columbus Day, but the holiday varies state by state.

I never had it as a holiday (paid or otherwise) during my years of working in the silly valley area.

Good turn out tonight, thanks to jsfrSE, ffsim, montezume, Sparseflyer and the oh-so rare but thoroughly enjoyable appearance by SparseFlyerette. ^ Sorry you missed out on this one adam.smith - although I understand you are off on a better adventure at the moment.

In addition we had a couple of honorary FT guests show up a little later at stick around until 2:30am - hopefully they will be at a future regularly schedule do. ^

I checked with corporate security, unfortunately thatdamnmissapplyangrypenguin is DHP and can't fly. -_-

Thanks to all for some good times last night. I'm glad I brought my umbrella - the walk from the terminal (Villa Maria metro station) was a bit far.
