Current flight pass eup posting time?

Current flight pass eup posting time?
I purchased the following:
Product Name: Western Commuter Pass - Flex - 10 credits
Product ID: NAZONE11TP10
Start Date: Jun 25, 2015
I should receive 12 eups for eligible flight pass activity, but still haven't received them. I'm running low on eups (36, probably my lowest account balance since I became SE) and could use them soon! AC.com says it can take up to 14 days. Do I need to elevate this issue?

I always get my FP activity eUps but they take about 3 weeks... one month is way too long... I'd go with cow's suggestion.
