What is the best way? Easiest transfer using AC TATL flight pass or J

Milan probably has the least backtracking. Toronto->Rome may also work now that this flight is running for the season.

Just my opinion: MUC

1:15 connection with A3. Always significant number of connections to this flight (safety in numbers) and if running late, personal escort by LH Ground Transfer Services.

I'd do it on British Airways myself. One connection in LHR that's 1:35 long.

If paying I would fly YYZ-IST-ATH on TK J

Just saw your requested AC then YYZ-IST-ATH. You could use the TK J lounge as well...
