International Business Class Sale

Just looking at fares for LHR YVR next April and note they have dropped significantly in price. Is there a current sale and when does it finish? Thanks

Not sure what dates you are referring to but no, there is no published sale. Ex-LHR into 2015 looks normal at 4.5k.

Have you checked the make sure it hasn't defaulted to US currency?

My laptop has been showing US prices as default.

Prices seem normal to me. Can you describe which date you looked at?

Canadian dollar isn't quite as strong against the pound as it was, but hasn't dropped THAT much in a month.

Argh, I jumped to this thread, hoping to find good news, only to be met by the Winnipeg wind chill of reality. I've been on the hunt for a J class flight to SIN or BKK for March. AC is pricing out at an all time high of between $5300 and $5995 depending upon routing. This is approx. $1000-$1500 more than what was available for Christmas travel a few months ago. I am still suffering price shock that shows a RT to HKG at $6200-$7500. Thankfully, wonderful EVA and reliable KLM are available at something more palatable.

YVR-LHR for this December, mid-week, return January is $4000. Its been ~$6000 and within $50 of BA for months. (except curiously last week when it jumped to $10k for a few days)
So there is something going on.
