"But everyone can request earlier, hence the exact same problem of limited supply"

but not everyone knows about it yet. If you have a flight coming up soon (like me), this helps. Not even the person at the SE desk knew about this promo yet (now she does )!

But R Games means there is 90%+ chance of no upgrade space at T-7. As long as they don't make that a bigger number we are better off.

ALSO, what % of AC flyers do you think will know about this Offer? 10%? 20%?

But T-7 becomes T-14 in that statement because it's the SE upgrade window.

That makes sense to me, the advance notice is an advantage to us here.

that would mean 7 more days of anxiety/heart medication for SEs, 3 more for Es and 2 more for Ps

Maybe you could do the opposite...and take a break from the AC Forum until Jan 13th...?

Maybe I'll sound like the grinch stealing Christmas here, but this sure sounds like a marketing promo and hence not approrpriate for FT. Anyone else get a bit of a funny feeling reading this one?

But I guess it is nice to get a heads up. Hmmm. Don't know what to decide, glad I am not a mod.

While I am only a mod (and not the AC forum mod) I can confirm that the official company representatives are allowed to post relevant/major promotions (and this promo would definitely qualify as "news" IMO regardless of whether one thinks the promo is useful).

Not at all. This is the type of stuff that SHOULD be going up here by Forum Reps.

I am at 100% success for upgrades this year..... 79% of my upgrades are completed at T-7....

Thanks ACTT for informing us of this on FT.
