How much flying so far this year?
While we are talking about threshold bonus in another thread, I am just wondering how many Q miles have each of you flown so far this year?
For me, it's 88944 Q miles so far so should hit SE by June the latest.

Only about 45k right now but will be at 80k (at least) by end of June. Have waited for double status miles promo before doing a couple of MHDs associated with trips down east, one of which also involves a trip to GDL.
(don't know what you call an MHD that involves travel to Canada and to Mexico as primary purposes!)--just fancy footwork I guess

'bout 75k and counting... Toying with a MHD over the long weekend, which, coupled with a trip to FL (Gay Day at Disney) should put me within spittin' distance of SE by the time my birthday rolls around.
And, no, I haven't seen my gift catalogue, yet.

About 37,000 Q miles.Another 25K coming up May/June. I am looking at an MHD as part of the June trip if I can ever get PTO to stop telling me it can't give me a quote. I doubt that I could make SE this year, but it's the first year I will ever been close to maybe having a crack at it.

Empress, 88944 miles?? I sure don't envy you.
I'm at 28000 Q miles at this point. I'm happy to report that a number of measures I've taken to reduce travel have been quite successful. At this point last year I had done about five YYZ-LHR trips. So far this year I've done none.
The biggest motivation for the travel cutback has been AC's YYZ-LHR fare increase from $4500 to $5800. This has made it worthwhile to seek alternatives to making these trips. Not only has this saved about $50,000, but quality of life has improved dramatically too.

Over 50,000 YTD and I have not been outside US or Canada yet. Tomorrow Boston, next week in Atlanta with the PM.
YHZ news - Golfed in shorts today, broke 100 and the airport strike is over, not that it caused any problems.

After posting a total of 81000 Q miles in 2000, my grand total so far this year is (drum roll please) zero!
My company has, in response to the economic slowdown, instituted a very strict no travel policy. I think that we are shooting ourselves in the foot, as all of our trips had value and contributed to the bottom line. In the long run a bad policy, but apparently the shareholders like it. Such is life.

I have about 36,000 Q miles now because I just returned from Rio again last Monday.
I've got 3 more trips there this year, but one of them is an award, so I'll probably hit 65,000 for 2001.

I have 13.712 miles so far this year and a total of 14 segments. I have one trip to US planed in July and one trip to Calgary in August which should qualify me for Aeroplan Elite. I might even try reach 50K to be able to get another 10K miles for free.
