Earning MB miles on Singapore Airlines - possible changes to Semi-Flex, Flex & PE

Hi t566, I happen to have copied down the old A3 earning chart for Singapore Airlines (I needed to have it handy while comparing flights), before they changed it on 01/01/2015 (as per their website).

The annoying thing is, Aegean didn't update the earning chart on their website until (at least) mid-february 2015 (although it now states 01/01/2015). I just can't prove that.
- that was the last time I checked and also the time I filed my retro claim for those miles.

Let's see what Aegean does with this, they haven't replied yet.
I have the feeling that they won't admit their false play of just uploading updated earning charts six months later than their first date of validity and then refer to those new charts when being confronted with retro claims.

After I called a couple of times to check on the retro claim, I was asked to provide the boarding passes via email, which I did.
Since then the communication was only via email and responses took one or two days and appeared to be written by the same person every time.
However, since bringing up the fact that the only earning chart at the time of the flight to be found online was the one from 30/06/2010, I haven't recieved any further information from Aegean. That was over two weeks ago.

Good news for me too. 7 days after emailing scanned BPs I received an email today informing me that the missing K class miles from my SQ flights flown in March were credited into my account and they were indeed manually added as L class with 100% accrual. Happy days!

Thanks Jma12, there is some progress after I submitted scans of my boarding passes showing my A3 FFP number (only 2 boarding passes with me, out of the 4 segments I flew). Again, good customer service from A3!
