I believe its in the mobile boarding pass when sent to your email.

Personally I just click the link when checking in through the app, it has the passbook button right in there.

You should be able to add the BP in Apple wallet straight from the Aegean app, after checking in.

You can also find a link to the .pkpass file in the email you received with your boarding pass.
